Back Story
Iryngeim was born and raised in the good ol' Limsa Lominsa. As a seawolf there were lofty expectations put on her from family to be a proud warrior and member of the community in some substantial way. Needless to say Irengeim was more then prepared to reach for those expectations as quickly as she could. Being a part of a well off family surely did help her get the training she needed as a young, spry, and generally hellraiser of a woman. She studied the blade, mastered it in her own personal ways. Her skills were such achievements that she would eventually was offered a position as a part of the Maelstrom. This was a big step in her life, both as it was seen as achieving the lofty goals set infront of her, and because it really gave her something to hone her attentions.So she served as a Quartermaster among the decks of the Maelstrom, as well as some of the landfall party that would strike out against small pirate outposts found in the seas. While she didn't exactly excel at her duties as a Quartermaster, her skills in the battlefield were seen as invaluable, not the greatest but she was no slouch either. It was likely for these reasons she remained in her role for so long, and with her skills as a warrior on odd times given the opportunity to lead landfall parties. During her time she did however have a fling, with some other capable Quartermaster, people have needs after all. This however would bear fruit within Iryngeim. Causing her to make the hard decision of closing that chapter on her life, as she decided that it was her responsibilty to keep the child.It didn't take her long to realize the life away from the Maelstrom was no longer for her. She was after all not a great Disciple of the Hand some would say, the work was annoying, and despite working for three to four whole years, she felt she was only making a fraction of what she made as part of the Maelstrom. Fearing that she wouldn't be able to afford the same allowances that her parents gave her she reached out to a old friend she knew, giving them her child, and raising up her blade again. Iryngeim now stands as a Mercenary and Sell-sword. Preferring to work with teams, she hopes to earn enough gil in order to allow her daughter to join a guild of her choosing one day.

Iryngeim is a motherly figure in most group situations. Preferring to watch from behind, letting young adventurers she teams up with to make mistakes and learn from them. Only to step in when real danger could be encountered, and defending her fellow with a undying determination. Despite this Mama-bear personality, she find herself smitten on people who show a bit of a leadership quality, or who generally interest her. Her ear is always open, and will try to give advice from her own meandering experiences
